During this video, our care team will provide you with home exercises for your total hip replacement. This home exercise program is designed to help increase the strength of your muscles and improve your range of motion of your hip and leg.
After you have hip replacement surgery, you will need to be careful on how you move your hip, especially for the first few months after surgery. In time, you should be able to return to your previous level of activity. Please perform each exercise slowly and smoothly. Many of these exercises can be performed while lying on your bed.
