Phoenix, Ariz. (March 29, 2016)The CORE Institute, powered by Excellence Headquarters®, announces the addition of board certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon James R. Ringler, MD. He specializes in adult and pediatric trauma and fracture care, infections, osteomyelitis, amputations, nonunions, malunions, pelvic fractures, acetabular fractures, periarticular fractures, and foot and ankle trauma. Dr. Ringler will care for patients at The CORE Institute’s North Phoenix clinic.
Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Dr. Ringler cared for patients at the Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan for more than 20 years.

James R. Ringler, MD is a board certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon. He received his fellowship training in orthopedic trauma at the University of Washington, Harborview Medical Center, which consisted of extensive surgery and research of spinal fractures, pelvic fractures, acetabular fractures, foot and ankle injuries, peri-articulator, and long bone fractures. Dr. Ringler completed his residency and internship training at the Grand Rapids Residency Program in orthopedic surgery. He earned his medical degree from Loyola University School of Medicine Illinois. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Miami University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
