
Thomas (Turk) Satterly, DO
Turk Satterly, DO is a specialist in adult reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee. Dr. Satterly is currently undergoing his fellowship training with The CORE Institute. He completed his internship, as well as his orthopedic residency program through Des Peres Hospital, in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Satterly obtained his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he was presented with the “Changing Hearts in Healthcare” award from the school’s medical and dental association. He received his bachelor’s degree from Truman State University where he graduated summa cum laude and with honors from the Health and Exercise Science Program. While attending Truman State, Dr. Satterly presented “The Effects of Creatine Monohydrate Supplementation on Renal and Hepatic Function in College Football Players” at the undergraduate research symposium.
