Sarah Kocisky, PA-C

Sarah Kocisky is a certified physician assistant with The CORE Institute, working with David Jacofsky, MD.

Sarah attended Central Michigan University where she received a bachelor’s degree in health fitness in prevention and rehabilitation. She then obtained a master’s degree in medicine from Western Michigan University.

Sarah previously worked for MedPro Orthopedic Trauma in Phoenix, Arizona. While at MedPro, she gained valuable experience in multiple subspecialties including trauma, foot and ankle, spine and pelvis, sports medicine and joint reconstruction.

Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever. Sarah is also preparing to participate in the Susan G. Komen three day breast cancer walk.
